I’ve just added 500mb data as a bolt on to my account but it doesn’t appear to have been added to my account

Hi @PaulineE if it hasn't appeared by 8.00am call 4445 and speak to customer service to check on it .

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
