Hi i had 15£ bundle and I choose yesterday 10£ bundle its still not active when its going to be?

You need to select the tariff you want in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

or text the following free to 21300:

Big Bundles

  • BIGBUNDLE5 for the £5 tariff
  • 10DATABB for the £10 tariff
  • 15DATABB for the £15 tariff
  • 20DATABB for the £20 tariff
  • 30DATABB for the £30 tariff

Or contact O2 on 4445 and see if they can change it now for you.

Changes to bundles become active on your regular anniversary date.
