My bolt on was not renewed after topping up yesterday

I have had a ten pound bolt on for years and was prompted by 02 to top up yesterday as my bolt on runs out at end of month , so I did as as usual and it came up this morning that my balance was 9.52 after calling my daughter , I topped up 10 as usual yesterday morning

10 pounds on my phone will not last long that’s y I really need the big bundle sorted

Unfortunately as a call was made and Your balance has fell below the £10 needed for you bolt on this would stop the auto renewal as there is not enough credit on the account.

Although call times are very busy at the moment you would have to call customer service to see if they could reset your bolt on / tariff.
