If you are talking about the Classic tariff, it's no longer available on O2.

They only do Big Bundles on PAYG now https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

Both Tesco and giffgaff still do standard PAYG and run on the O2 network.

If you want to switch, you need to get your PAC from O2 Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] to give to either to keep your number.
