Hi ya! Can anyone help me I’ve purchased 2 500mb bolt ons and One is saying I’ve removed it and I have no clue what’s happened to the other one?

Hi I think you have to call customer service. All numbers are in the article.
Try the one ending with 4005 first.

Thank you very much have tried numbers all they are for contract I am pay as you go. Was transferred a couple of times then voice message saying they can’t answer my call 🙁 is I’ve done it twice I’ve spent £13.00 of my rewards for nothing. Will try and email and see if I have any joy but thank you very much for you help. Stay safe 👍🏼

Hi when the call option comes please you can either select fraud, stolen device or anything to get you through.

You can try the Skype option too
