I contacted via Twitter was told I could block gambling sites as part of parental controls. They sorted it never worked. Called to do it they said they have fixed it. Called again today was hung up on twice told they blocked premium and international numbers. The agent said casinos can’t be blocked. Been a customer for PAYG 17 years I may switch networks to somebody who can offer decent parental controls very poor customer service. Everytime I called they wanted to sell me sim only too!

You can turn on your age verification settings which will block all gambling sites Guide: O2 Age restriction

Yes 18 plus works. Blocks the sites only it won’t load facebook Twitter eBay or anything else useful. Works with BBC only so it’s hopeless.
