I have paid my bill on the  number xxxxxxxxxxxx as part is showing when it's taken both payments out of bank as I want to change my data plan as I'm using more data and can't also want to know how more I owed on this bill but as its still showing I owe money when I don't can't find this information

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
