@JASIEK220379 If you received a text or an email to pay a bill on O2 and you don't have an O2 account then it's a scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.

I had a number in the o2 pay and go network before. I ported this number to another network. so I no longer have an account in the o2 network and the bills keep coming.

@JASIEK220379 You must have been on an auto pay for the Pay & Go bundle you were on. I'm not sure if that's supposed to stop automatically when you port your number, so you'll need to speak to customer service.
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
