Bill is double?!

Recently joined O2 on PAYG basis. First month matched amount paid to previous provider (£10) But have had now to top up only a week after last top up 😲. This isn’t sustainable. How do I investigate what’s going on? Many thanks

You only need to top up once a month at your rate, unless you make a lot of chargeable calls (premium rate, international or short code SMS) or send emojis in an SMS which converts it to a chargeable MMS, @Callyw13.
