Anyone know how to get rid of the big bundle and just keep it as a standard pay as you go sim? We bought it for an 84 yr old for emergency and they don’t use it much and so far they have taken all the money each month (£5 should be but taken £10) but she’s not used phone so all that money has gone. So want it not on big bundle £5 anymore ??? Ideas anyone

Sorry, O2 only do Big Bundles. You need Classic PAYG. Tesco and Giffgaff run on the O2 network and provide the Classic tariff. Also worth a look is 1p mobile. https://www.1pmobile.com/
