Big bundle

I topped up my phone yesterday which is when the bundle ran out but it won’t bring up the ‘Renewed’ messages and still tells me there’s £10 in my account when it should have been renewed into the bundle. Help? I have to use my data today since I’m going somewhere with no WiFi and dont want to be stuck
