I have got the new big bundle £10 for 10GB SIM and I have transferred my number but I am still on the old big bundle. Can anyone help with this please

I assume you have topped up? If so, you need to ask O2. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
