Big Bundles all inclusive minutes

Hi, I've recently bought the £5 Big Bundle, it says unlimited minutes and unlimited text messages. Does this cover ALL networks or is it just on an O2 to O2 basis? I've looked in the T & C's but it doesn't make it clear
