I purchased a big bundle for Data after getting the online advice from O2 that it could be occasional, and I wouldn't lose my existing family and friends bolt on. I didnt top up until it was due for my next family and friends, waiting til the big bundle had lapsed . Now it has reactivated my Big bundle and closed my family and friends I have a copy of the web chat and this wasn't explained to me at all

Thank you very much. It turns out they should have given me a bolt on, not a bundle in the first place
