Hi. I have just inserted a sim and added £10 credit. It won’t let me have any data, just calls and texts. £5 has been deducted from my balance. When I try to upgrade to a £10 bundle to get data I am told I have to wait until next month. What have I done wrong?

You sim is set for the £5 bundle.

You can change the tariff in your MyO2 but as you've found out, it won't change until this bundle runs out.

Call 4445 and customer services can change it sooner for you.
