Big Bundle change

Hi,

I recently changed my Big Bundle to get a better deal. I'd specifically let my credit get down to zero & then credited my phone once I'd changed my bundle. However, as soon as I'd done that, it took the usual balance off my phone (£10) for my old bundle & within the next 2 minutes, it took another (£10) for my new Big bundle. So basically, I've been charged for both!

How do I resolve this? The O2 website is useless in gettting answers.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

It could be that your previous bundle was due to renew whilst your balance was zero, so it has taken the bundle renewal charge.

Customer services should be able to help on 4445 from your o2 phone or 0344 8090222 from a landline.
