Hi went onto the big bundle tariff yesterday as a new pay & go customer but it doesn't show in my o2.

@ste064With Big Bundles they take the money in exchange for allowances. If you want to confirm they have been applied to your account, you could always give customer services a call

Have already paid for my allowance when i added credit to my account.
I did not use the app i logged on to my o2 with my pc.
