Big Bundle Has Renewed Two Days Early - O2 Technical Help Please

Been on the PAYG Big Bundle for many months and my renewal date is the 25th of each month.

Today I changed my Tariff from the 15 Pounds to the 30 Pounds Bundle to start the next renewal date (Monday 25th January)

But the change has been implemented today, 30 Pounds of Credit taken today, and with the loss of my exsisting 4GB Data that I still had 2 days to use!

Also my renewal date has now changed to the 23rd, meaning I've lost 2 days of unlimited texts and call mins and I have to find next months bundle payment 2 days early - Cheers O2!

 

I have tried Customer Services but can't get through to anybody, if there is anyone from O2 that can address this problem it would be most appreciated.
