Big Bundle £15

Hi there, I am currently on pay as you go. I would like to go for a Big Bundle for £15 per month. Do I need a new SIM card or can use the existing? Also please clarify if I still have to pay for using internet data of 7GB or for making calls to UK mobile numbers?

You can change your bundle in your MyO2 and you keep the same sim https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

You can use your data in the UK or EU and calls to UK numbers are included Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
