Solved: Being charged for text

Even though I’m on a bolt on tariff with free calls and texts I’m being charged for texts from my remaining balance .

Ive recently updated my iPhone SE to the latest iPhone SE 2022.

It seems only links to content are charged which they never are.

Links to content will be charged if the message goes SMS and converts to MMS.

If it goes I message which uses data then you won't see a charge.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
