On the 24th October 2019 I was sent an O2 text stating that from the 7th November, when I buy my next £10 Big Bundle I would get unlimited text, calls and 3GB of data. And it would upgrade automatically. However after topping up the £10 is still showing on my balance and are being charged for a tiny limited 50MB of data. Can someone please contact me to resolve this problem.

Your anniversary date won't change so even if you topped up on or after the 7th your new allowances won't start until your anniversary date.
