I have a pay as you go SIM card - I top up and convert into a bundle - it’s then says I have 12000 minutes however my credit is still being taken instead of the minutes I’ve paid for?

@Hannah13 Hi, what PAYG bundle are you on? All curent bundles have unlimited minutes so it's strange that it states you have 12,000 minutes. You can however still be charged for some calls.

With Big Bundles your payment is exchanged for allowances ie credit.
