I have called the office today to be cut of by three advisors, one which promised would call me back should this happen again. 

I paid balance on 14th august, showing at 15th in ur accounts. I would like my balance back? I didn’t get a plan and I need it as I can’t afford to just pay for another like I have on other occasions where this has happened
