I have a balance of £5 yesterday and topped up for £10 just now, but why my balance is £14? The rollover date is 29th.

If your phone has used any data a £1 will have been taken for web daily charge if no data allowance on your account.

I still have the data. It seems they change the rollover date to today, so it costs me £1. WTF

Give customer services a call and they will refund you.
Make sure you call on 4445 and not chat as they don't have the authority to refund you.

Call them, live chat are fairly useless for this kind of thing. Difficult to use chat anyway. A sympathetic adviser will put your credit back to £15.00.
