Balance keeps popping up

My balance keeps popping up even when no one has called me. I don’t know how to stop it. I’ve seen no topics on the help and support about this? Is there anyway I can stop this or do I just have to live with it?

You can call 4445 and ask O2 to turn off balance notifications.
