Why does my balance keep fluctuating for no reason?

There's always a reason.

Calls, texts and data use will use your credit.

If on big bundle, usage outside of your allowances will use your credit.

Included in allowances here Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

To know exactly, you need to call 4445 and ask customer service.
