I have had an auto top up for some time, however It has not been triggered for some time, due to my minimal usage. When exploring myO2, to amend this arrangement, I don't seem to find any details, or in fact any reference to at all (eg card details etc) Can this arrangement have expired for any reason. Am I looking in the right place to locate information?

You need to make a chargeable call or text once in a 6 month period to keep your sim and details active.
Out of interest, is your phone still working? If so, it's the auto top up which will have dropped off the system.
