Have been trying all week to set up "auto top up" on my phone. I log in to myO2 and choose "Low balance top up", fill in card details etc and even get a sucessful transaction message from my bank, but the get message on the page "error please try again later. I have a second PAYG account and that was set up for low balance top up a while ago no problems. An hour yesterday with customer service using chat and phone yielded no solution. Anyone else had this problem?

Still stuck but am advised that a case has been raised for the technical team to look at this.
