Morning, i have had auto top up payments set up on my account for a while without any issue. Money is taken directly from my visa. This month i received messages on 5/11 and 11/11 to say payment had been taken, then today 15/11 i received a message to say that i need to make a payment to receive new bundle. Firstly why have 2 payments been taken and if 2 taken why do i not have a bundle?
