I can't cancell auto top up for my sim card. There is no option on my o2 site or app. Tried many times calling 4455 no luck. Poor service. Every time saying different things. Done or can't do themselves, or just hang up the phone... I can't believe.... How I can do this if calling them is useless.
@Malakate Then you'll have to speak to customer service again. You have posted an incorrect number above. I don't know if that's just an error on your part here, or if that's the number you've been dialing. The correct number is 4445.
@Bambino sorry, it was 4445. What should I do If again they will tell me that can't do anything and I should speak with the bank. I lost 40 pounds already. O2 call center is completly useless, i think to go to ombudsman.
