Hi there,
I recently got a new card and tried to change my auto top up details but keeps coming up saying "An issue has occured please try again". I've done this several times over a several day period. Is anyone aware of current issues with this or shed any light on what could be happening? Help is always appreciated.

You probably need to start again with a voucher, then you can register your new card for auto top up
If you need help then give O2 a call on 4445 or 0344 809 0222.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
