I need to cancel my auto top up, which the website says I can do, but when I go to the auto top up page, there is nowhere that this can be done.

Also, going round in circles to try to contact o2, spent over half hour trying to do this !!!!

You should be able to go to your card wallet in your MyO2 and just remove your card details.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you.

I was thinking of doing that. They said that you can cancel the auto top up, by going to tha auto top up page, but nothing there to be able to do.

Have done what you have suggested.

Kind regards
