Hello, I hope you are well. My internet went out yesterday and I can't renew it. I was out of work yesterday because I work with food delivery apps. Could you upgrade my plan to the £15 one?

I believe my plan returned on the 5th of this month, but I urgently need to get back to working with this number, my plan is £10 and I would like to change it to one of £15, and with immediate start, if possible!
