I have just got an o2 pay& go SIM card so I can use cellular on my Apple Watch series 3.

I rang up o2 to get it all set up & one person said I needed a contract for my Watch £5 per month I said ok that’s fine, he put me through to sales to get it sorted & they said no you can’t do that with a pay&go sim, I’ve been on the phone all morning, none of them know what they are doing so I hung up in the end, please can anyone help me

Not possible on PAYG.

You need a monthly sim contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
