Am I paying to call 123

Calling 123 from an O2 phone I assumed would be free because it's a service provided by O2 for O2 customers, especially as my PAYG tariff has unlimited minutes. My remaining balance has gone down however, and I can't find my chargeable usage, but presume I've been charged for calling 123. Please confirm.

123 is the speaking clock from an O2 phone and is chargable. if you dial a chargeable number without credit you will be automatically diverted to the top up line. In your case taken from your available balance

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Pleased to see you all agree. Personally, I'd forgotten about the damn Speaking Clock. 😂

The common smartphone itself has a clock on it, so why call The Speaking Clock to learn what the phone already knows...?

Maybe checking if the clock on the phone is correct? 😂

Sorry, I shouldn't laugh but I can't help it. 🤣
