Solved: Airtime Rewards

Why do I have to phone o2 EVERY month to explain what Airtime Rewards are and to get my phone topped up? This also used up all the rest of my credit while I wait to have my account credited. O2 always say the same thing that they do not know what Airtime Rewards are!!!

When I go on to My o2 online it clearly says Save money on your top up using Airtime Rewards and gives me a link.

I have now been cut off twice and not been phoned back!

Calls to 4445 are free on all big bundle tariffs and 25p per call on older legacy tariffs, so shouldn't be using "all" your credit.
