I am 31 years old and cannot access any websites with age restrictions .. shops being closed and Valentine’s Day approaching I only want to access Ann summers! Please help!

Thank you for quick response, however I am still having trouble, I am a pay as you go customer.. I don’t have a credit card and shops are currently closed. So what can I do ?

Unfortunately, due to O2's policy, you can't do anything until shops reopen.

@Tabitha1 Unfortunatly we have no way of verifying customers ages on pay as you go, I have just spoke to a pay as you go advisor and they have advised for you to call them. Thanks
