Hi, i was in the o2 community shop, they removed age restriction, but when I want to go in internet, it shows that i need to remove it, so whats happened here?

Have you rebooted your phone since?

They probably haven't removed it then. You will need to go back to the shop

Or you could give customer services a call and explain what's happened and see if they can lift it again
