I want to make a complaint in writing to O2. The address I have from the website is:

P.O Box 694,

Winchester,

SO23 5AP.

Can you confirm that this is still the correct address for complaints to O2?

Yes, it sounds right as that is the published address..

Well I am in the same boat as OP and O2 are just ignoring me so Royal Mail is a better option!
