Addition charge on my Pay as You Go

Hi, I've just checked my bank statement and found you have made an extra charge of £12.00 on the 6th Sept in addition to my current pay as you go charges of £10.47 and £7.65 for my existing sim cards , can you explain why the extracharge of £12.00 ?

Sounds like a charge to mobile payment?
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
