Adding another phone to my account

Hello,

 

I would like to add my second phone number (it has been reconnected today) to my O2 account.  I tried bringing in the service but after asking me the code the page said that there are no associated services with the number.

 

Sorry, we can't find any products or services for mobile number 0759*******

 

Any ideas?

I would leave it a couple of days. Since the current crisis we have had many systems on a go slow or glitching.

You are correct, to add another device you normally just go to My O2 and the section BRING IN PRODUCTS .

As said, I would leave it for now.
