Activating SIM card

Hi there. I have just bought a PAYG which includes 5000 texts, 500 minutes of calls and 2048.0MB of data left. When I try make a call it says I have 0 balance.

Balance is different from allowances.

When you add credit it is taken in exchange for allowances so your balance will be zero.
