How does a Person activate mms services?

Make sure you have the right settings in your APN file

Name : o2 mobile web

APN : mobile.o2.co.uk (PAYG - payandgo.o2.co.uk)

Proxy, Port : Please leave blank

Username - o2web (PAYG - payandgo)

Password - password

Server - Please leave blank

MMSC - http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

MMS Proxy - 193.113.200.195

MMS Port - 8080

MCC - 234

MNC - 10

Authentication type - PAP

APN type - default,supli

APN Protocol: IPv4

Press the Menu key and tap Save 

Also make sure you have usable credit if PAYG or do not have a zero spend cap if  contract 

MMS is really expensive (even more so come April) ancient technology

@Sammy1879 If you want to send pictures and avoid the charges of using MMS, download WhatsApp. You can use it over a WiFi connection to send to other WhatsApp users. You can also call, text, and video call other users anywhere in the world. Your cost would be zero. No brainer.

You will need to add more credit as mms are not included in your bundle allowances.
