Hi can i actavate a sim card when a dial 4445 i keep gettin a automated service and i boots me out

You just need to top up with a voucher to activate the sim.

Ive got a sim but i need 2 sim swap cause the sim i was using is not working and i have a new sim

You still need to top up the new SIM first, then call 4445 to swap your number to it.
