Accidentally blocked a message

Hi, ive accidently blocked sending texts to 20202 you text either "bal or balance" to it to get your tariff balance. It wasn't blocked before, when i used to be able to send texts to it Id type out balance and hit send then a pop up would come up with some message saying i might be charged for sending the text maybe thinking it was a premium number with a coin icon asking if i wished to send or block it and i accidentally hit block and now every time time i try to send the text it fails to send it with a red ! Next to it and failed message report. I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge and I've tried literally everything i can think of to no success. I just wanna unblock it. It maybe thought it was a premium number? How do you unblock those? Thank you.

This might work for later firmware.

In the app settings, tap the 3 dots top right.

The 5th option on the list is something like "special access"

Then look down the list for "premium sms services"

and then "messaging"

Try this:
Go to Settings>
Application manager>
scroll over to All >
scroll down to messaging>
scroll down to permissions>
make your selection. Allow all, ask, or do not allow.

There's none of those options on there. Its like a switch option to switch it on or off for stuff messages can use like the location, camera, storeage.

Another way to try.
Settings >app manager, them choose MORE, SHOW SYSTEM APP, then you should scroll down to find Message Service, tap on it and you should see its permissions "Send premium text message"

Yep that fixed it. Future reference for anyone else it was in Settings>Apps>More (3 dots in top right)>Special Access>Use premium sms services>In there is message service where you can select ask, allow always or never.

Thanks for the help slight_smile
