hi I activated my account with O2 over 4 weeks ago now and tried to sign into the O2 app and it keeps coming up with have to wait 48 hours I have spoken with O2 customer services they didn't help much anybody have any ideas on why this keeps happening and why I can't get on the O2 app version ?

If the website is working try deleting the app, then reboot the phone and reinstall
