I wonder if you can help,I feel silly asking this question ,because I can normally fix phones issues,my old phone is a Microsoft lumia and I managed to fit the sim card and the sd card in correctly,but my new phone is a Alcatel pick 4 4034x and I just cannot seem to work out how to put the sim card and sd card in .Can anyone advise of a guide I could use which would assist.Thank you for your assistance.
