I can’t get a gift voucher as it’s less than £10 and I would have used it towards purchase of Amazon Alexa gift but can’t . What can I do ?? Have stopped using O2

You could only use it as credit but if you no longer use O2 I'm afraid that you lose the credit @gracebrown
