5XDATA Promotion Period

Hi,

Is the 5XDATA on the £10 Big Bundle applicable for just the first month after activation? Meaning if it's used up and the bundle renews for the second month, will the data allowance be 15GB again or go back to 3Gb?
It states on the Sim card pack "up to 3 months" but it's not clear from the t&cs.

You get the extra data for each of the first 3 months.

@Cleoriff From that link and the SIM card packaging, the FREE10 offer should also work but I get a text back that states: "It looks like this offer isn't for you..."

@MI5 Just called customer services. The person I spoke to said it didn't go through because I didn't send the FREE10 text on the same day I topped up (the 26th April). He said tried to do it manually on two systems but it wasn't working and said I should top up £10 on the 26 May and send the text that same day and it should work.
