@MI5 Just called customer services. The person I spoke to said it didn't go through because I didn't send the FREE10 text on the same day I topped up (the 26th April). He said tried to do it manually on two systems but it wasn't working and said I should top up £10 on the 26 May and send the text that same day and it should work.
