Hi I got a text message from o2 stating if Inregistered I would get £5 free pay as you go credit but have not received it

You also need to top up your sim card Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) 

If you have done this and still not received the credit after 5 to 7 days, message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You need to call O2 on 4445 or via social media

on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
